Carlos J. Bonilla

Carlos J. Bonilla practices real estate law and has been heavily involved in a broad range of legal issues affecting large scale projects. Mr. Bonilla began his career as a real estate licensee, managing an international real estate company doing business throughout Latin America and Asia. Currently, Mr. Bonilla represents one of the largest real estate investment groups in the world, doing business in Canada, the United States and Costa Rica, in areas of contracting, negotiating investment transactions and closings. Mr. Bonilla has also worked on the acquisition and rezoning of large tracts in Florida; acquisition, entitlements and design of large hotel projects and has managed large hotel condominium projects, involved in all facets of acquisition, design, development, condominium law, and management of operations.

Mr. Bonilla is a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Law, and obtained an advanced degree (LL.M.) in Real Property Development in 2005. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation. He is also a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. He actively supports the University Of Miami School Of Law's H.O.P.E. Foundation, and other philanthropic associations. Mr. Bonilla is a Florida Real Estate Licensee, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Jude Council, in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bonilla is fluent in English and Spanish.

John Vernon Head

Mr. John Vernon Head has 32 years of legal and business experience.  During his career, he conducted acquisitions and divestitures of approximately $3.5 Billion.  He was also instrumental in developing title insurance plans for Lawyers Title Insurance Company, focusing on international properties.  Mr. Head developed warranty plans in acquisitions that ensure performance; managed licensing hearings; and recreated title for the State of Michigan when the records of an entire county in a courthouse were destroyed by fire.  Mr. Head is also experienced in management and commercial matters.  He was an attorney with in-house and outside counsel roles, he is a past business owner including a mortgagor brokerage, real estate company, insurance and advertising firms, and has served as advisor to a variety of business persons and ventures.  

Mr. Head’s strengths include strong team leadership with self-starting qualities.  He is skilled at drafting business documents for areas including contracts, employment, real estate and human resources.  He is also experienced in conducting licensing and permitting processes, and tax qualified plan creation. Mr. Head serves as an expert witness for foreclosure defense work, and is in charge of legal compliance for a variety of services.

Mr. Chandler was an officer for the INS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) for over thirteen years and has expertise in areas of Work Visas, Family Based Visas and Green Cards, Citizenship and Naturalization, PERM, E2 Visa, H3 Visa, L1 Visa, and more.
